Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC, is proud to represent 1415 Miller.  Located on a quiet street near the south end of the Island. This custom-built Tybee-style home has a large fenced yard shaded by palm trees. Four bedrooms, four porches and easy access to both the beach and the back river as well as restaurants and shopping make this a perfect get-away for family vacations and groups of adults.

An open living area on the first floor opens onto a spacious front porch with views of one of Tybee’s prettier neighborhoods. Special features include:

• New custom furnishings, flat screen TV and home theater in the living room (e.g., surround sound, blu-ray, Comcast high definition premier cable service).
• A gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets and a Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer. The large butcher-block island makes meal preparation easy and allows the cook to socialize with others while preparing meals.
• A custom-built heart pine table and colorful chairs in the dining area. Ten people can comfortably dine together.
• A small breakfast table with three chairs.

Four bedrooms can sleep ten people:

• The master suite (second floor) has a private porch as well as a king size bed, a loveseat and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub (no shower).
• The “blue” bedroom on the second floor has a queen-size bed, its own bathroom (with tub and shower) and a private porch (with its own swing) that overlooks the back yard – a great spot to watch the sun set.
• The “bamboo” bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and a big easy chair. Its windows provide a view of the nicely landscaped side yard.
• A "jack and jill" bathroom (with a shower) connects the two bedrooms on the first floor. Another half bath is located a few steps down from the living level. 

Other amenities and benefits include:

• Wifi (throughout the house) and ethernet (outlets in all bedrooms). All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable. The laundry room (with a sink, washer and dryer) has a door opening onto the back porch. A clothes line off this porch makes it easy to hang out all your swimming gear after a day at the beach.
• Outdoor shower.
• Ping pong table, lawn furniture, charcoal grill, and a swing set for children.
• Fenced-in yard, great for pets and children of all ages. Bring your croquet, horseshoe or bocce ball set(s).
• Pets allowed (for an additional fee).
• Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
• Easy access to the back river. Public access to the back river at Alley 3 (300 yards from the house and just off Chatham Ave at Fifth Ave.) is the best “put-in” for kayaks on Tybee. You can explore the nearby saltwater creeks and marshes as well as paddle over to Little Tybee to explore the undeveloped island with its plants, wildlife and deserted beach. Advanced kayakers can paddle the short distance to the mouth of the Back River to surf and play in the challenging rough water at the Triangle. This is kayaker heaven!
