The master bedroom features a queen bed with private master bath. If you are in bed and look past your toes at day break, you would look out of your sliding glass door...across your private covered 7' X 35' deck and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean. Your guests have one queen bed in the guest bedroom.

Relax and enjoy the cable TV, VCR, sofa, love seat, and chairs in your living room (plus a sleeper sofa). An eclectic Tybee cottage from the 1940's with original works of art throughout the home from many renowned artists from our coastal area. This home has been lovingly restored keeping its original character and charm reminding you of a true beach house. The original block walls are painted 'island colors' and the new tile floors keep housekeeping to a minimum. The renovation was overseen by Tybee's Irene Sullian of the Sullivan Gallery who chose the colors to make the house fun, casual and exciting! You are within a quick walk to the beach in 3 directions. The Pier and Pavilion are 4 blocks away, the south beach is 5 blocks and the Back River (Tybee Creek) is 3 blocks away. All of these are within easy walking distance and you have access to the Back River Boat Ramp (perfect for kayaks, not recommended for large power boats or Jet Skis which should use the Lazarreto Creek Boat Ramp.) Parking for 6 vehicles and you may bring kayaks, jet ski or small boats (to be included in the 6 parking spaces.)

• This free standing home features a quaint tree house in the back yard, lovely fenced yard invites you out of doors to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon playing games grilling out, cedar shading was planted 1940's and is tybee's oldest largest tree.
• The living room is casual and overlooks the backyard. There is a queen sleeper sofa plus another sofa and additional seating in the living area. The open floor plan opens into the dining area or kitchen from 2 directions. Dining for 11 is at hand with additional seating on the patio.

• The kid's room with 4 twin beds has an 'original concrete block' shower with separate 1/2 bath. The laundry room is in this area, as well.
• There is alcove with futon adjoining the den with foosball table and 1 twin bed. For additional sleeping there are 2 more twin beds (1 in Master and 1 in Guest bedroom). This home sleeps 17 and has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths. Central heat and air, washer dryer, new kitchen appliances.
• The owners of this home live upstairs and invite you to enjoy their home and its surroundings. The home is sound proofed for your privacy and has a sprinkler system for both levels as required by code. All linens and towels are provided in this home and the kitchen is fully equipped. Bring your beach towels! This home is pet friendly.
