A short walk to the Pier, Pavilion or walk to the tip of Tybee's south beach overlooking Little Tybee and Tybee's Back River. You are a hop away from the Back River Pier, as well. Just short blocks to the beach in any of 3 directions!  This home was professionally decorated.  On the middle level of this home is the living area which is stunning!  The black and white theme with accents give off a wonderful vibe!  It is spacious and ideal for family or friends gathering.  On the middle level of this home is a gourmet kitchen fully appointed for entertaining complete with dine on counter, window seat and table for 6 overlooks the grounds. 

The comfortable den on the main level of this home overlooks the pool and fountain. A perfect retreat to sit back and relax with friends and family.

The living area on the main level of Tybee Estates is the center of the home and just steps to the main kitchen and den.

Relax in the king master bedroom with private bath on the main living level of this home. This room overlooks the pool and luscious landscaping.  It opens onto the back porch.
