LOWER LEVEL: 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Baths, sleeps ten (10).

The lower level of #1 18th Street is directly oceanfront and on ground level (no stairs). Perfect for families with mobility problems or small children with lots of toys. This home is the first home rented by the Owners of Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC and is a wonderful Tybee vacation rental for beach time fun.

There is a small gated area outside the front door perfect for storing your beach toys or a bike. You enter the home through the kitchen with banquet style dining table for 6. The small kitchen has built in micro wave, acrylic cook top stove and over, full size frig, dishwasher and double sink plus all the appliances necessary for your dining enjoyment.

A guest bedroom with 2 queen beds is off the kitchen area.

There is a queen master suite with half bath.

A full bath is accessible to all from the hallway with combination Jacuzzi shower. The third bedroom is off the living area with full (double) size bed.

The living area opens onto a large deck with 6 person hot tub. The deck is a sun deck with small covered area to get out of the sun. The hot tub is under the upper level's deck with its own roof to allow Guests to enjoy getting out of the sun or rain while retreating to the Jacuzzi. There is a larger charcoal grill and adequate tables, chairs and lounge chairs for your vacation enjoyment on Tybee Island.

This home may be rented separately or with the upper level based on your request and availability. There is no internal staircase. Each level has its own entrance, central heat and air, cable and grills

If you like to shop, dine out or go dancing the South end of Tybee is for you. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood just steps to all the activities.

There is a handicap access ramp just steps from this home for access onto the beach. Perfect for riding your bike onto the beach or for those with mobility issues who want to access the beach by wheel chair.

Must be the age of 25 or OLDER to reserve a property

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.

The prices listed are all inclusive rates. Including all fees, cleaning & taxes.
