This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath unit features approximately 1500 square feet, unparalleled views of the Atlantic and easy access to area attractions. Step onto your large porch and take in the amazing panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean, Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Located on Tybee’s south end, the unit allows for easy walking to restaurants, shops and bars, and is the ideal location for watching fireworks at the Tybee Island Pier. The Tybee Island Pier was originally constructed in 1891 and is one of the few remaining historical structures still in use today. Visitors are allowed to fish from the Pier (and anywhere else on the island), provided they purchase a fishing license. Fishing licenses can be purchased at any of the local convenience stores, and can be purchased according to the number of days needed.

  • The master bedroom features comfortable king bed and sliding glass doors that lead out onto the oceanfront balcony. The master features a private bath with double vanities, walk in closet and tub/shower combo.
  • First guest bedroom features a queen bed and also a twin day bed.
  • Second guest room features a full bedroom.
  • The guest bathroom is off the hall way for convenience.
  • Sofa sleeper in living room
  • Sleeping is for 9 people

Fireplace is non functional and may not be used.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.


The prices listed are all inclusive rates. Including all fees, cleaning & taxes.

CSA Travel Insurance is optional coverage & not included in the above rates. Coverage is purchased separately
