1 Sandcastle invites you to bring your family and friends to this directly oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located mid island and top floor. Enjoy sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean while enjoying coffee on the large balcony. There are wonderful views from the living room and master bedroom, as well. The second master bedroom has an excellent view of the beach and ocean.
  • The living area has an open floor plan and dining for 6 plus a dine on bar. The kitchen is fully appointed for easy meal preparation complete with all standard appliances plus coffee maker, toaster and blender.
  • The queen master bedroom opens onto the patio and features a private bath.
  • The second queen master has wonderful views and shares the second full bath with the third bedroom.
  • The third bedroom is furnished with a double/full bed.
  • Step out of the building and walk directly to the beach stolling the shore looking for sea shells. You are also across the street from Memorial Park with tennis courts, play ground and numerous grilling areas. The Tybee Library is also on the same location as Memorial Park. You are a few short blocks away from several restaurants.
  • This home sleeps 8 with sleeper sofa in the living room.
