Casa Verde adjoins Tybee Island’s Light Station.  The 1700's lighthouse-lens projects eighteen miles while producing a star-like presence barely illuminating the surrounding area. This craftsmanship of the lighthouse is non existent today. Along with the fully accessible lighthouse are the support buildings dating back to 1812. The village is considered to be the most intact lighthouse station in America and it sits next to the famous Fort Scraven from the Spanish American war and inside the fort is a museum explaining the areas past.   The lighthouse keepers house, second keeper's house and entire light station are fully restored and waited to be explored while staying at Casa Verde next door.

*This grand 3 story home has an inverted floor plan with the living, dining, kitchen and master suite on the top floor.  Wrap around porches lead up to the roof top deck from the living level of this home. 
*The living level is furnished comfortably with views in several directions.  Flat screen television and sound system make entertaining easy and fun.
The gourmet kitchen is open into the living area.  It is truly unbelievable, complete with everything you would need for entertaining, and the conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, glassware, and much more.  
The kitchen has dine on granite counter top for 4 plus a breakfast dining area in the kitchen with wonderful views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean of Tybee Light Station.
The separate dining room comfortably seats six.
On this main floor includes the huge master suite with queen bed, flat screen television and electric fireplace.  The master bath featuresJacuzzi bath, separate shower, double vanity, and large closets. There is a small sitting room adjoining the master suite, as well. For convenience, there is a half bath off the living area on this floor.
The laundry room is also on the top  level of this home.
On the middle level of this home are four master bedrooms each with private bath and wrap around porches with views in all directions of the Atlantic Ocean or Lighthouse.
On the ground level of this home is the kid’s room with 6 single beds.
On the ground level of this home is a pool table for fun overlooking the swimming pool area that is gated for privacy and safety.  There is an area in the pool that is a whirlpool with jets.
This home accommodates large families easily with its washer ad dryer, linens, towels, local phone service, central heat/air, cable televisions, and much more.

Weight restriction on pets of 25 lbs.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.

The prices listed are all inclusive rates. Including all fees, cleaning & taxes.
