Luxuriate in the colorful designer living area complete with 2 comfortable sofas (one is a queen sleeper) or kick back and enjoy the view in either of the matching recliners. Dining for 6 adjoins the living area which has state of the art television and DVD. The brand new kitchen has a pass through to allow those in the kitchen to converse with friends and family in the living area, or simply enjoy the fabulous ocean views. The kitchen is appointed with up to date appliances and all necessities for enjoying dining at home (washer/dryer is located in the kitchen alcove).

Sunrises can be enjoyed from the king master bedroom with private bath, or you can slip away and watch television, or read and relax in your suite.

The second master features a queen bed (plus twin bed with trundle) for guests. An additional full bath with shower adjoins this bedroom. This room also features a television for enjoying your favorite programs.

Parking for 2 vehicles, and easy beach access make this a perfect vacation home!

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
