Enjoy this wonderful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo, second floor unit, that is located directly on the beach. Step into your own getaway and watch the ships passing, children playing, or dolphins and birds that abound!

This townhouse has living, dining, kitchen, half bath and oceanfront patio on the same level. Enjoy relaxing on either of the 2 sofas (one is a queen sleeper) or sit back and enjoy the view from the club chair.

The recently remodeled kitchen is ready for you to serve snacks or full course meals. It is fully appointed with all dinnerware, serving dishes, pots, pans and appliances (washer/dryer are located in the kitchen alcove). A new dining table and chairs for 6 encourage you to serve full course meals or play games with family and friends while enjoying the view.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has king bed, television and a wonderful view. There is a 'Hollywood' full bath with tub/shower combination you may enter from either the master bedroom or guest bedroom.

This home's guest bedroom features a queen bed plus day bed.
