Stay on the bay at Tybee's north beach in this new 1 bedroom condo with beautiful furnishings. Enjoy spectacular views of the bay while watching the dolphins frolic, Hilton Head, the Lighthouse, and you can watch the ships as they enter the Savannah River Channel.

This condo features a complete living room with sleeper sofa, cable TV and access to the patio. The patio shares wonderful views of the bay and boats passing. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes coffee maker, microwave, toaster, plus cookware and dishware.

The master bedroom comes with a King bed and cable TV

This unit also features a full size fridge and dishwasher in the kitchen.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Must be the age of 25 or OLDER to reserve a property

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
