This home has a nice fenced yard, covered carport, 3 bedrooms and 2  baths. Located less than a block to the beach (on the beach side of Butler Avenue) in one of Tybee's nicest neighborhoods.

• Enjoy the ocean views from the front porch of this home. Relax at home or walk to the beach to watch sunrises on the East and sunsets to the West over Little Tybee Island. The South end beach is huge wrapping around the entire southern tip of Tybee all the way to the Back River/Tybee Creek. Beach access is easy at the 18th Street crossover.
• The main level of this home features full kitchen with dining for 3 plus a large dine on granite counter top and a casual sitting area for television or visiting with friends and family.
• The front porch has seating for 4 and a nice view.
• All three bedrooms with 2 baths are located on the same level of this home with the living, dining, laundry and porch.
•  The master has queen bed and view of the ocean across the screened porch.
•  The second master has full bed and shares a bath with the kid's room with twin beds (2 twins). .
• The ground level of this home has an open covered carport perfect for cookouts or hanging out. A nicely furnished sitting area and charcoal grill make your vacation complete.
• Parking for 4. Occupancy 8 including the air mattress.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
