From the opening of the private gate you will begin to enjoy your Tybee beach vacation.  You may access the home by exterior stairs to the middle level of the home or use the elevator conveniently located in the double garage.  The elevator goes to the middle level and living level.  It does not access the roof.

Oceanfront Tybee views are first enjoyed from the middle level of this home that opens onto a covered porch with views of the Atlantic Ocean and huge South beach.  The king master bedroom has nice views as does the second king master bedroom on the middle level.  The first king master shares a full bath the second has its private bath.

There is a children's bunk room (no views) and a twin bedroom (sitting area for 2 beds) also on the middle level of this home.

The top floor has Tybee Island  beachfront views that are amazing.  Large glass windows allow panoramic views of Little Tybee Island and the Back River as well as wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and much more.  The gourmet kitchen with open floor plan allows everyone to mix and mingle in the living/dining/kitchen area.  There is a large sundeck off of the living area.

There is a custom designed half bath on this floor.

The private master king bedroom suite is accessed from the large living area on the top floor.   This home has recently rebuilt the fabulous master shower with custom designed tile work throughout the huge shower.  The elegant master suite makes your Tybee beach vacation all the more special.

This Tybee Island rental has been selected by some for its views and the hot tub on the roof of the house is just an added bonus.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
