  • Fresh linens and towels, washer / dryer, central heat and air, local phone service, cable television, and VCR. Don't forget your beach towels!
  • Two master bedrooms are beautifully furnished with queen beds and both feature televisions. The living room has a queen sleeper.
  • The Owner has purchased new patio furniture ( patio table and 4 chairs) for you to enjoy outdoor dining.  There is an electric grill and a fun porch swing for you to relax while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on this South Beach patio. HIGH SPEED INTERNET.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
