This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is oceanfront and just steps to the beach. It has a large, covered balcony for watching sun rises, dining, reading, or just watching the dolphins. You can take the front steps to the beach or simply take the elevator.

The furnishings are lovely and practical. The living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa, large dining table, plus beautiful wood flooring. Spacious kitchen is complete with all appliances including built in microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, plus all the essentials.

  • You can enjoy preparing meals, viewing television, visiting with family and friends while also watching the activity on the beach from the entire living/dining/kitchen area.
  • You can watch the sun rise without getting out of bed from the king bed in the master bedroom.
  • The second bedroom has a queen bed , and the third bedroom has a double bed.
  • The laundry room contributes a nice touch since it is fully appointed and a room unto itself with washer and dryer. Don't forget your beach towels!
  • This home has covered garage space for 1 cars* & 1 exterior space for another car. Plus easy elevator access for luggage and groceries. Sleeps up to eight (8) people.
  • PARKING FOR STANDARD HEIGHT VEHICLES ONLY.

    Fireplace is non functional and may not be used.

    Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.

The prices listed are all inclusive rates. Including all fees, cleaning & taxes.

CSA Travel Insurance is optional coverage & not included in the above rates. Coverage is purchased separately

* 5 night minimum on all stays in June, July, and August.
