2nd Avenue Bungalow is located mid island just 1 1/2 small blocks to the beach with easy access at the 7th Street beach crossover.  This 40’s home has been updated and is so much fun.  Centrally located a block from Memorial Park with Gymnasium, Library, new playground and wonderful cook out facility with covered seating and in a quiet neighborhood setting.

• There are only a few steps to reach the living level of this bungalow style home.
• The kitchen features new appliances, designer tiled backspash walls which were a labor of love by the new Owners.   Tiled floors throughout the living, dining and kitchen area make clean up a breeze.  This Tybee cottage combines the old style with modern conveniences such as central heat and air and all comforts of a lovely home.  The front porch opens onto a fenced yard with oak trees encourage you to relax at a slower pace in the out of doors.  Play horse shoes along the side of the house or grill out with friends and family.

• The second bedroom has 2 full beds (sleeps 4) and the third bedroom has twin beds.  All bedding is upgraded and inviting for luxurious sleeping.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC.

Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis
