This lovely oceanfront condo overlooks Strand, the Pier and Pavilion and is located in the heart of Tybee's restaurant and shopping district. You are within easy walking distance of many casual or fine dining restaurants, the Marine Science Center, Pier, Pavilion and local shops.

304 Sandpiper is a top floor home, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, common elevator and covered private deck. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with built in microwave, stove, full size frig, dishwasher and all modern conveniences plus Corian counter tops, and fully appointed with all cookware and serving pieces. The kitchen pens onto the dining, living area (all with excellent views across the patio) allowing easy conversation with guests while preparing meals or snacks.

  • The master suite features a king bed, wonderful views, access to the balcony and full bath complete with separate jetted Jacuzzi.
  • The guest bedroom has queen bed with full bath located off the hallway and a and the third bedroom has twins. No sleeper sofa is located in this home, however, there is a full size air mattress for sleeping up to 8 guests.
  • A total of 4 televisions are in the home ( living area and all bedrooms) plus full size washer and dryer. This home does have Wireless Internet access!
  • Sandpiper has parking for 2 standard height vehicles with gated entry (you must have garage opener to park your vehicle). Nightlife abounds in this district!
  • Don't forget your beach towels!
  • PARKING FOR STANDARD HEIGHT VEHICLES ONLY.

    Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
