Welcome to the DeSoto!  This oceanfront condominium complex is the most upscale rental property on Tybee Island.  A total of 30 properties with an almost equal number of full time residents and vacation rentals.  This property is extremely well maintained with pool located on the beach, beautiful landscaped grounds and elevators that open into each individual home.

 

307 A DeSoto Beach condo is a elegantly casual getaway. It invites you to come to Tybee and relax in luxury and style with it's gorgeous furnishings.

Enjoy watching the sun rise from your master bedroom, living area or balcony.  The kitchen is gourmet style and spacious for meal preparation and enjoy visiting with friends. 

The king master has a fabulous view with huge master bath including separate shower and Jacuzzi.

The 2nd bedroom features a king bed and pocket doors that lead into the adjoining room.

The third bedroom features two double beds.

Watch the lights from the oceanliners and ships that are anchored off shore 9 miles away. Their lights make it look like there is a small island off of Tybee at night.  Look to your left (North) and you can see the night time skyline of Hilton Head, SC.

Watch the ships pass between the sea buoys arriving and departing Savannah's brisk port, one of the largest ports in the country.  http://www.gaports.com/  If you enjoy watching ships, the DeSoto Condo is an ideal spot.

Walk through the gated entrance onto the beach and enjoy sunning in front of the complex or walk the beach collecting shells and enjoying birds in flight.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis
