Beautiful Charleston style Beach House on the secluded North Beach of Tybee Island. Double porches encourage relaxing outside in shaded comfort watching Shrimpers and Cargo vessels navigate the Lazzaretto Creek and the N. Channel of the Savannah Rivers.  Climb to the top of the widow's walk for even better views.

• Custom built home completed in 2008, newly furnished and located in a private community with private access to the North Beach. 3300 square feet, 4 bedrooms with full private baths for each bedroom plus a 1/2 bath for convenience . The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a King bed, third bedroom has Queen, the fourth bedroom has King bedroom with private bath on the same floor as the living room.

•  Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ice maker, travetine counter tops, large center island, breakfast bar that opens to the family room with LCD television, DVD/VCR, CD Player with distributed sound throughout the house and 2 porches, and televisions in all the bedrooms. Wireless internet included.

• Spacious dining room with seating for up to 8 persons. Additional dining seating at the kitchen counter or play game on the bar height table in the living room. The master bedroom has its own porch.  The second porch from the living area offers outstanding water views of the Cockspur Light House, Ft Pulaski, Lazzaretto Creek, and the North Channel of the Savannah River. Ships grace the horizon in both day and night as well. Also, the porch overlooks a salt water marsh and North Beach dunes.

• 2 car garage, Elevator makes groceries and luggage a breeze.  The Living area and Dining Room on the third floor maximizing the beautiful views, all easily accessible for all ages. No lugging groceries or luggage up stairs!

• Outdoor hot and cold shower and dressing area make the return from the beach a pleasant experience.

• This home is a short walk or bike ride from the best of Tybee Island, including restaurants, shopping, and beaches, yet away from the crowds of the main public beach.

• A special home in a private setting. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your patio with the adjacent salt marshes, or a quiet cook-out on your gas grill with friends and family.

• Parking for 2 standard vehicles in the garage on 2 large vehicles on the outside. Do not block your neighbor! This home sleeps 12 with the use of 2 air mattresses on site.  No sleeper sofa.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
