This duplex home is located a the beach side of Butler Avenue on Tybee's mid island.  Walk to the beach  by using beach access at 6th Street and enjoy the most desirable part of Tybee's beach on the Atlantic. 

 
This lovely home features a gourmet kitchen with  new appliances, acrylic cooktop and all the features of a custom designed kitchen including large refrigerator and all the appliances that a gourmet cook would desire.  There is a dine on counter for 3 plus dining table for comfortably seating 6.  You can enjoy cooking while visiting with family and friends in this home with open floor plan.  Step out of the back of the home onto a covered porch with seating and charcoal grill. 
 
  • The living area features an open floor plan and has new furniture (queen sleeper) plus comfortable chairs and a nice covered porch. A large flat screen television is perfect for watching movies or the game. There is a casual dining table for 6 adjoining the living area. 
  • Wireless internet is a must.
  • The queen master bedroom is on the top level of this home.  The private master bath features a shower.  This room has a good view of the Atlantic from its private sun porch.
  • Also on the top level of this home is the second master bedroom with queen bed.
  • There is a  full bath and tub/shower combination for the queen bedroom and twin bedroom to share.  Also on this level of the home is a third bedroom with twin beds.

If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis
