• Spacious rear sundeck is overlooking the ocean; great for sunning, or dining with grill provided.
• Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with corner Jacuzzi from which you can overlook the ocean, plus a private deck. A computer station is also built into the master bedroom, plus a television.
• Second Master Bedroom also has a television, king-size bed, and private deck from which to enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
• Bedrooms are adjoined by a full bath. 
• Full equipped kitchen has built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, plus all the extras to make cooking a breeze.
• Washer/Dryer, Towels, Linens, etc. are all provided. Don't forget your beach towels!

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
