This Gull Reef home has it all! Pools, elevator access and a restaurant on site. Across the street is Memorial Park with huge playground for the children, tennis courts, lovely park with covered grilling areas, YMCA and Tybee's Public Library.
Master bedroom features a king bed with large private bath, oversize Jacuzzi/shower combination, television and direct patio access.
Guest bedroom has a queen bed and television. There is a second full bath off the hallway accessible to all guests in this home.
The second Guest bedroom features a queen bed with television. Both Guest bedrooms share the second bath. (Total 2 baths)
The beautifully appointed living area has sleeper sofa, television, dining table for 6 and counter dining for 2. This condo has just been updated with new tile and carpet plus kitchen fully appointed kitchen with all brand new appliances such as full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, micro wave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and other small appliances. You are ready with all the necessities for dining and preparing meals. Perfect for entertaining family and friends!

Covered parking for 2 vehicles. Parking for standard height vehicles only. No oversize tires. Tahoe and Lincoln Navigators fit easily.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
