• The living area is large and has new furniture (no sleeper) plus comfortable chairs and a clever window seat.  A large flat screen television is perfect for watching movies or the game.  There is a formal dining table for 8 adjoining the living area.  There is a fireplace in the living area, as well.
• Also in the living area is a desk set up for you to bring your laptop.  Wireless internet is a must.
• The king master bedroom is on the top level of this home along with the living, dining and kitchem .  The king master has a small sofa for a quiet spot to retreat.  There is a custom tiled master bath with shower.
• Also on the top level of this home is the second master bedroom with a full bath and shower.  This spacious room has a king bed.
• On the lower level of the home is a third bedroom with queen bed.  Conveniently located outside of this bedroom is a full bath and laundry room.
• The bonus room with sofa, chairs and queen bed is also convenient for the same bath that adjoins the queen bedroom mentioned above.
• Step out of the back door of the lower level and you can enjoy the hot tub under covered deck which is on ground level.  The hot tub may also be accessed from the stairway off the back deck off the kitchen. 
• This home has a casual feel, yet upscale.  The neighborhood is quiet.
• 5 Televisions.
• Parking for 3 vehicle.  
• All linens and towels provided.  Please bring your beach towels.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis
