  • This beautiful home is in a quiet section mid island Tybee, just steps to the beach. Who could ask for more!
  • Enjoy the large living area complete with large screen television with DVD and VCR, love seat and adjoining dining table that comfortably seats 8.
  • The kitchen is fully appointed with all the newest amenities and opens into the dining/living area so that you may chat with friends while preparing meals. The half bath is conveniently located on this floor. There is a complete laundry room offering full size washer and dryer located on this floor also with another master suite.
  • On the second floor, the master with king bed features a full shower plus separate Jacuzzi that allows you to overlook the water while bathing. There are wonderful views from the master bedroom's private balcony on the second floor as well.
  • Also on the second floor, is one queen room with access to a full bath that has a tub/shower combination. There is a kids room that features two full beds and have access to a full bath also on this floor.
  • There is queen room on the top floor and a full bath. There is a half bath on the top floor for convenience.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
