Enjoy this fabulous retreat with all the amenities and great views of the Savannah River, the ocean, and the Tybee Lighthouse. This brand new four bedroom, five bath home is on the beautiful north end of the Island. There is an elevator to accommodate luggage, groceries and those needing help with the stairs.

• Along with the two-car garage, on the first floor of this home is a Queen Master Suite. This bedroom has a full bath with tiled shower, and a TV/VCR/DVD. Just outside is a pool and outdoor shower.
• There are three bedrooms on the second level, along with a laundry room and morning kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker). The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, single sleeper chair, flat screen TV with DVD, a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, separate tiled shower with great details, and a double vanity.
• The room and the private deck off the master are wired for sound. Outside the double French doors is a hot tub that will accommodate up to 5 people.
• Guest bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, large private bath, and access to a deck with a view. Guest bedroom #3 has two twin beds, its own tiled bathroom, and a door leading to the deck with a great lighthouse view.
• The top floor is a perfect spot for large gatherings, watching the ships coming into the Savannah River, or curling up with a good book. An open living area with fireplace, surround sound, TV/VCR/DVD, wet bar with wine cooler, tow seating areas and dining table is surrounded on three sides by a screened wrap-around deck.
• The kitchen has top of the line appliances, convection and microwave ovens, icemaker, butler's pantry with plenty of work and storage space, granite countertops and more beautiful tile work.
• There is a gas grill on the deck just outside the kitchen. The top floor also has a full bath and queen sleeper sofa.
• Pet Friendly with a restriction of 15 lb weight limit

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis.
