• Upon entering the home you will note attention to detail beginning with the ground level entrance and custom floors. The home has an inverted floor plan with living area on the third floor.
• The second floor of Caroll's Castle features a king master bedroom with a television and luxurious private bath, complete with separate shower and Jacuzzi. Two (2) Queen master bedrooms, one with a television and another full bath are located on this floor.
• This bedroom level of the home has a large covered deck with rockers for relaxing and wonderful views to enjoy. The hallway sitting area adjoins all bedrooms with spacious windows to enjoy the view or walk out onto this ocean view covered deck.
• Third floor features a large open living room perfectly designed for entertaining family and friends. The spacious fully appointed kitchen with granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, and dine on bar opens onto the dining area that easily seats 8.
• The dining area is overlooking the living area with large, flat screen television and comfortable seating. You may step out onto another covered deck complete with rocking chairs and even more gorgeous views.
• On the living room floor is a full bath with shower, laundry room and the fifth bedroom  with queen bed and television.
• The large loft located on the forth top floor of this great home is a perfect getaway with twin beds, plus more seating. The elevator does not reach this floor.
• Carroll's Castle sleeps a maximum of 12 people. This home is not pet friendly. A total of 3 televisions in the home. Parking in the garage for 2 standard height vehicles and off street parking in front of the home for 2 vehicles. ( Park to the left of the garage on the pavers with grass growing through only. Do not park to the right of the garage.)

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis
