• The entrance to this spacious home invites you to enjoy the Mermaid and Ocean theme of the home. Open spaces encourage entertaining with friends and family.
• A large living area opens into a large contemporary kitchen with custom designed tile work and all the major appliances plus toaster, blender and coffee maker. This home has a dine on bar perfect for entertaining and chatting with those preparing meals (seats 6). A small 4 top table is nearby for enjoying a game or cards or cup of coffee. There is a more formal dining table for 8.
• On the ground level of this home is a bedroom with 2 full beds. Ground level features a full bath with shower. There is also a washer/dryer on this level with second full size refrigerator.
• Step out of the kitchen onto a covered patio with 6 person hot tub. There is a large yard complete with playground and lots of seating. Play horse shoes (bring your toys). This yard is fully fenced.
• Upstairs is a large king master bedroom suite complete with sunroom, huge master bath with Jacuzzi and separate oversize walk in shower. A wonderful retreat after a day in the sun and sightseeing. There is a second washer/dryer in the master suite.
• The third bedroom has queen bed with adjoining full bath.
