  • Fully equipped kitchen presents to you all new appliances: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.
  • Private walkway to the beach.
  • Enclosed parking garage (2 parking spaces).
  • Conveniently located laundry room with washer and dryer in your home. Linens and towels provided. Don't forget beach towels!

  • Fireplace is non functional and may not be used.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis
