Just steps to the beach, Pier and Pavilion within easy walking distance of all the downtown shops, restaurants, Marine Science Center and Tybee's nightlife with several local musicians.

This condo is one of 3 total in the building.  Each vacation rental in this building is on one floor.  The Pier Walk A is on the level immediately above the garage level. Professionally designed and decorated, this Pier walk home is beautiful and functional. The living area has wonderful views, comfortable seating, large flat screened TV with DVD and easy dining for 6.

The living area and dining area feature an open floor plan with access to the ocean view covered porch with casual seating.  The gourmet kitchen has pass through bar and stainless steel appliances.

The kind master bedroom has a private bath with separate Jacuzzi and shower.

The two guest bedrooms share a full bath off the hallway.  One bedroom is king and the other is queen.  There is a sleeper sofa in the living area, as well.  Perfect for a family vacation rental on Tybee Island!

Pier Walk has a total of 3 condos and may be rented separately or together for family reunions.

The charcoal grill is located in the side yard on ground level.

A reliable and spacious elevator make carrying groceries, luggage and children so much easier.  People with mobility issues will find that this Tybee beach rental is an excellent choice for the upcoming Tybee beach vacation.

Just down the street is Tybee's world famous Breakfast Club.  The Marine Science Center, Tybee Pier and Pavilion and many shops are close by.  Beach access is quick and easy from this lovely condo available for rent on Tybee Island.

    Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis
