Tybee's South end has long been know for easy beach access and being closes to the Tybee Pier and Pavilion. Shopping is just a few blocks away along with restaurants and nightlife. You can walk to the Tybee Marine Science Center from this home.

South End Cottage is a lovely home for family and friends to enjoy on their Tybee beach vacation. This cottage has all the amenities of home and just steps to the beach. Bring your bicycle and ride around Tybee like a native! This is the end of the island where people boogie board or surf when weather permits. Go fishing in the surf or on the Pier (bring a Georgia fishing license) or buy one at Chu's 7/11.

South End Cottage has a spacious living area with porches for relaxing and enjoying views of the Atlantic Ocean. The living area has an open floor plan with living area, dining area and kitchen plus half bath and washer/dryer on this level.

Upstairs is the king master with private bath and a rear sundeck for a quick retreat. The twin bedroom is cute with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that accesses the oceanview deck.

The second master features a queen bedroom with balcony access and a view to the Atlantic.

The second full bath has a combination tub/shower.

After a day at the beach it is great to have a covered ground level area to enjoy Tybee time with family and friends. Grilling out is a must on this level and just sitting in the shade enjoying family and friends on your Tybee family vacation.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis

CSA Travel Insurance is optional coverage & not included in the above rates. Coverage is purchased separately
