This casual, free standing Tybee cottage is located on the South end of Tybee within easy walking distance of the Pier, Pavilion, shopping and a wide selection of restaurants. This home has a nice yard, covered carport, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Located less than a block to the beach (on the beach side of Butler Avenue) in one of Tybee's nicest neighborhoods.

  • Enjoy the ocean views from the front porches of this home. Relax at home or walk to the beach to watch sunrises on the East and sunsets to the West over Little Tybee Island. The South end beach is huge wrapping around the entire southern tip of Tybee all the way to the Back River/Tybee Creek. Beach access is easy at the 18th Street crossover.
  • The main level of this home features full kitchen with dining for 6 and a casual sitting area for television or visiting with friends and family. The rear patio off the kitchen is a quiet place to get away. The front porch has seating for 3 and a nice view. A half bath and laundry are located on the main living level of this home.
  • Upstairs is 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. The master has king bed and private plus rear balcony. The second master has queen bed and shares a bath with the kid's room with twin beds (2 twins). The queen bedroom and twin bedroom open onto the front porch with nice views.
  • The ground level of this home has an open covered carport perfect for cookouts or hanging out. A swing and refrigerator with gas grill make your vacation complete.
  • Parking for 4. Occupancy 8 unless you bring an air mattress and get permission.
