This newly renovated free standing home located mid island offers vacationers a great retreat. Come and enjoy this new, private pool and large fenced. The gourmet kitchen is brand new and fully appointed for entertaining in the home or for easy access for pool side entertaining.
  • An open floor plan encourages everyone to relax in the spacious living, dining and kitchen area.
  • The casual dining table seats 6 comfortably. There is also a dine on bar in the kitchen.
  • The master bedroom features queen bed with private bath with large, walk-in shower.
  • The second and third queen master bedrooms share a full bath
  • Retreat to the back yard and enjoy grilling out pool side. For your trip to the beach you are within 3 short blocks of the beach and a quick walk over to Memorial Park with playground, tennis courts and the Tybee Library.
  • A separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer is conveniently located off the living area.
  • Pool House sleeps 8 including the living room queen sleeper sofa.

    • Must be the age of 25 or OLDER to reserve a property
