Oceanfront Cottage Rentals is proud to offer a new home built in a quiet neighborhood along 8th Street. This contemporary home features 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is also a queen sleeper sofa.

Hardwood floors throughout, colorful decor, an efficient and well organized kitchen make this home great for cooking, dining and entertaining. The granite and tile kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances. As always, this home has all full size major appliances including toaster, blender, coffee maker and washer/dryer combination. Grilling outside is a breeze!

Enjoy sitting on the front and side porches overlooking the trees. Sunsets are great! There is also a spacious covered space below with lots of room just to enjoy being outside. The landscaping is lovely with pavers for the driveway and walkways. Each bedroom and the living area have flat screen televisions. This home has Wireless Internet.

Treetop Cottage is just 3 very short blocks to the ocean. It is within easy walking distance to Memorial Park with playground, tennis courts, Public library and more.

This home is a perfect getaway and allows you to step back in time to a quieter Tybee with all the amenities of a brand new home.
