Retreat to this cute Tybee Bungalow on the quiet, North end of Tybee. Relaxation is easy in this free standing home on wooded lot. This new 3 bedroom, 3 bath bungalow features screened porch, sundeck and covered car port.
  • The living level of this home is complete with fully equipped kitchen, dine on bar, dining table for 6 and an adjoining screened porch. The living area is open for easy entertaining and you may step outside onto a sun deck. You also can enjoy the built in bar for beverages in the living area. This home is perfect for casual living and dining. All bedrooms are on the same level as the kitchen, living room and dining room.
  • The master bedroom features king bed with private bath.
  • The second master has queen bed with private bath.
  • The third bedroom has queen bedroom with private bath.
  • Enjoy the out of doors either upstairs or downstairs. The covered carport with miniature refrigerator is a great place to hang out with family and friends or grill out after a day at the beach.
  • Beach access is through The Sanctuary, an exclusive neighborhood. This access is permitted because of a deeded walkway easement.
  • Parking for 3. Occupancy 6 unless you bring an air mattress with permission.
  • Pet Friendly with a 30 pound weight limit.
