You are invited to enjoy all the fun of Tybee with this top floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home with fantastic ocean views. This homes is tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings throughout. Carrying luggage and groceries is a breeze with the elevator. Just steps to the beach with wooden walkway to the beach.

  • You will enjoy the ocean views from inside your home or your spacious covered patio. Create wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes, built-in microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and all the basics.
  • Enjoy the dining area as well, which has seating for six guests. The laundry room is great with washer and dryer, plus all linens and towels.
  • This home has a king bed in the spacious master suite with private bath, and large walk in closet, television, and access to oceanfront balcony.
  • The guest bedroom features a queen bed, plus plus private bath, and television. Naturally, the second guest bedroom, has two twin beds, and television.
  • The Fireplace is Gas and not functional. Sleeps 8.
  • PARKING FOR STANDARD HEIGHT VEHICLES ONLY.
  • Fireplace is non functional and may not be used.

Special events that exceed the normal occupancy of the home are prohibited by The City of Tybee Island’s Fire Marshall. If you are planning an event that exceeds the occupancy stated in the description of the home, you must get permission from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC. Your reservation can be cancelled by exceeding occupancy without permission. Permission granted on case by case basis
