Oceanfront Cottage Rentals

Our elegant beach retreat was built in 1925 on Georgia's beautiful Tybee Island. Our home features 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Our special location half a block from the Back Inlet Beach and 1 1/2 blocks to the Main Beach make our home very unique. The Back Inlet Beach is quiet, peaceful and picturesque while the beach directly on the Atlantic Ocean is bustling with activity. Here you have the best of both worlds!

• The Master Bedroom  features a king bed, antique vanity, armoire with TV/DVD, ipod player, alarm clock and bright windows. There is a large private screened in porch off of the room with a large hammock and daybed .There is a sunny, large bathroom off the Master featuring a deep jacuzzi tub. The tub is in front of a beautiful screened picture window. If you open the window during your bath you can hear the palm trees swaying and the sounds of the ocean.
• The Palm Room  features an antique Britsih Colonial king bed placed in front of three large windows set high up in the palm trees. You never need to draw the blinds as you enjoy complete privacy from these beautiful old trees.This room features a TV ,alarm clock and radio, antique built-in cabinets and drawers and a connecting bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
• Grandma's Room features a queen size bed, white wicker furniture, a rocking chair and a TV.  This room has a connecting bath with a tub and shower combination.
• The Fourth Room features a Queen bed. This is a very sunny, cozy room featuring two walls of windows. This room has a private bath with shower.
• The Second Floor Guest Room features a full size bed, TV/VCR, alarm clock and bright morning sunshine! This room has a private bathroom with a shower and lots of space for toiletries.
• The Twin Room is perfect for your little ones! It features two twin beds and built in antique cabinetry. This is the only bedroom that does not have a connecting bathroom.
• The Family and Dining Rooms feature an open floor plan. The Family Room features a large TV/VCR/DVD with a selection of Classic and Family movies to enjoy. There is a large corner sofa, antique iron coffe table and comfortable chairs for unwinding. The Dining Room features an oversized Indian Fruitwood refectory table that seats 12 people. This room also features a stereo with CD player and ipod docking station.
• The Kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare memorable meals during your holiday. This room features an oven with electric cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, antique double farmhouse sink with garbage disposal, and large butcher block. The kitchen has been equipped with all of the tools you will need to prepare your meals. Some special itmes include a griddle for your Saturday morning pancakes, a crockpot to create a meal ready for when you come in from the beach, wine glasses for your dinner, and everything you need to make the perfect margarita!
• The Screened Porch will become your outdoor sanctuary. This space features two areas for entertaining. There is a lovely dining table that seats 6 that provides a peaceful spot for breakfast while listening to the birds singing. There is also a conversation area featuring an old fashioned porch swing, a white wicker loveseat, chairs , a chaise lounge and coffee table. You may never want to leave this peaceful area.
