Bedroom 3 (Middle level): Also a king suite, offers private access to the shared balcony and a full bathroom. Additionally, a hallway door grants easy access to this bathroom, ensuring convenience for all occupants.
Bedroom 4 (Middle level): Features two twin beds and convenient access to a full bathroom in the hallway. 
Bedroom 5 (Middle level): Features a cozy queen bed and convenient access to a full bathroom in the hallway. 
Bedroom 6 (Ground level): Queen bed with convenient double-door access to the enticing pool area. 

The meticulously designed custom pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, and for added convenience, an outdoor shower and a gas grill are thoughtfully provided within the pool area, ensuring a seamless outdoor experience.

You may park four vehicles at this home in the paved driveway. No cars may go in the garage or on the street.  

*HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER: Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $30 per day. The pool may be heated to a maximum temperature of 75 degrees. The temperature will decrease during the night, especially if the temperature falls below 45 degrees. Cold rain and ground temperature will also contribute to the maximum pool temperature.
