As part of the Summerwinds condo complex, Nobles Oceanview Condo gives you access to all the amenities offered at Beachside Colony. Take a dip in one of the two new pools, or enjoy a delicious meal at the oceanfront restaurant, "The Deck."
One of the standout features of this condo is its spacious balcony, which can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. Whether you're looking to relax or dine al fresco, this balcony is the perfect spot to take in the stunning ocean views.
Inside the condo, you'll find a comfortable living room with a full sleeper sofa, as well as a dining table and dine-on counter for entertaining at home in style. The fully equipped kitchen has all the major appliances you need to prepare meals, and there's even a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

Location is great to the beach. Rental beach chairs are available from an external vendor. The road noise at night being so close to the main thoroughfare was a bit loud. No direct view of the ocean from condo balcony. We were able to venture all around Tybee and come back to our gated lot for parking. (Parking is tight for larger vehicles) Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this condo, check in and checkout was easy.

Although the weather was not ideal and there was no view, the condo was nice and clean and quiet and close to the beach. All our questions were answered and any issues we had were addressed by the property management promptly. Thank you!!

I must say, I was impressed!! When I booked this location I was unsure because this was our first time on Tybee Island. This unit was fully stocked with everything you may need, from towels to dishes to pots and pans. I vacation often but this is the first place that I have ever booked and didn't have to call the office to ask for items that we were supposed to have but didn't. I have never not had ocean front while vacation at the beach, until this trip. Even though this unit was ocean view, the view was great and it literally took us maybe 2 mins to walk to the beach. The only thing that I can think of that needs improving is finding the office to check in, other than that things were great!!Thank you for the review! We are glad you guys had everything you need and enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. Hope you can come back and see us again!
