Wrap-around porches decorate this Coastal six-bedroom beach home that sits just one home back from the beach—this 3800 square feet beach house is located on a private street with no public parking. You and your guests will enjoy the private, easily accessible beach crossover in a secluded neighborhood.
This gorgeous 6 Bdrm, 4 baths Custom Tybee home designed by Savannah architect G. C. Sanders, has many bonuses; a ping pong table, tiki bar, elevator, heated pool, covered porches, bamboo wood floors throughout, and much more. The lush, tropical landscaping and the custom fence wrap the grounds encircling the optional heated pool* and ultimately creates your own private "Tybee Oasis."
Immediately upon entering this Coastal home's entryway, you will feel that you have found your home away from home. The entry-level of the home has a bonus rec room with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen television, a high-top table for 2, and a dry bar with a beverage cooler. French doors lead out to the secluded, fenced pool area with plenty of seating, a tiki bar, stainless steel gas grill, ping pong table, and outdoor shower (cold only).
Part of enjoying Tybee is enjoying the outdoors. The ample outdoor seating options give you plenty of opportunities to enjoy Tybee time. The beautiful central staircase or the elevator will take guests to the lavishly generous accommodations.
The professionally decorated 3rd floor with soaring ceilings and unique architecture is sure to impress!
Enjoy meal preparation in an upscale gourmet kitchen with a walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and a glass mosaic tile back-splash.
The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and spills out onto the top floor-covered wrap-around porch that overlooks the "oasis."
The living room has a large sectional sofa (not a sleeper) plus club chairs and a large flat-screen TV. Opposite the kitchen, the formal dining area features an 8-seat table. In addition to the formal dining area, there is also a breakfast nook with seating for 4.
Nestled by the staircase is the wet bar with a wine chiller.
The second floor has four bedrooms and three baths, including a laundry room.
BEDROOM 1- A Jack and Jill full bath with tub/shower combination and double vanity connects to a Queen bedroom with a private covered balcony
BEDROOM 2- King bedroom with television.
BEDROOM 3- Queen bedroom with television. It is adjacent to a full bath, accessible by the hallway, with a combination tub/shower.
BEDROOM 4- This spacious main bedroom is a private retreat with upscale furnishings, a King bed, large flat-screen TV, and a sitting area for 2.
The 5-piece en-suite bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub, an oversized tiled shower with a seat, and a double vanity. Two separate doors access the private covered wrap-around porch. Stairs provide quick and easy access down to the pool area or choose to lounge on the deck's comfortable outdoor furniture and enjoy the tropical scenery from the second floor.
Guests will find two additional bedrooms on the top Living Area floor.
BEDROOM 5-The first features a queen bed.
BEDROOM 6- This bedroom has a full bed with a small balcony for a private retreat.
These bedrooms sit adjacent on either side of a beautiful spacious full bath with a large tiled shower. The 3rd level also includes a sprawling covered wrap-around deck. Enjoy your coffee and island life on the porch swing as you overlook the pool area and grounds or watch the birds in the surrounding trees. Finally, an impressive 9' teak table accommodates outside dining. Last but not least, the cupola!
The staircase is the only access to the 4th-floor cupola, which features glass windows on all sides for a 360-degree view. This is the perfect spot if you are looking for some private time from family and friends. You could enjoy hours of private reading time! A generously oversized armchair doubles as a pull-out twin sleeper.
It will be hard to pull yourself away from this stunning home, but you will be within walking distance to a few of Tybee's most popular visitor attractions.
The award-winning Tybee Island Wedding Chapel and Grand Ballroom is less than 1 mile from this home. The Shops at Tybee Oaks are also in the same vicinity. Shops like Latitude 32 and Seaside Sisters are a few of our favorites for unique souvenirs and Tybee memorabilia. You will find Tybean Art and Coffee Bar and Huc-A-Poos Bites in the same area. These locally owned eateries are popular year-round with Tybee Island locals!
HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER: Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $30 per day. The pool may be heated to a max temperature of 75 degrees. The temperature will decrease during the night, especially if the temperature falls below 45 degrees. Cold rain and ground temperature will also contribute to the maximum pool temperature.
You must contact a member of our reservation staff 72 hours before your arrival to add the heated pool option.

Our extended family spent an unusually chilly weekend here in early November. Lovely home and the location is a very quick jaunt to the beach. The elevator is just roomy enough for an accessible adult but they would need assistance if they didn’t have strength or the stretch to reach to close the inner door. All the doorways are wide enough for accessibility. The porches were a great feature! The pool is smaller than many backyard sizes I have seen but has a jacuzzi at one end. And since it was such a cold weekend we loved that we could pay to heat it and enjoy it! Definitely plan to take your own condiments if anyone is driving because there wasn’t even a grain of salt. I did find the check in process so easy and all communications were quick! We would stay here again if we found ourselves back in the area!
We are so happy that Tybee Oasis worked for your group and that the accessibility of the home was helpful. We want everyone to be able to have a great time! November is such a great time to visit Tybee! You miss the summer heat but still get the beach and hot tub! Hope you can come back soon!

It was a nice little vacation. The house was more than big enough for 4 adults and 4 kids. The beach was very close and the Savanah river is in your backyard. Dolphins all over the place for the kids to see. Very responsive and helpful.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and we absolutely loved it!! The pool was amazing for just hanging out at the house and it was perfect convenient walking distance to some bars and also the beach. The area in Tybee with all the restaurants and bars was a very quick drive, and the drive into downtown Savannah was also conveniently quick. The house itself was comfy and clean

The house was perfect for us. Bedroom size were perfect. Great and spacious leaving space. Short walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our morning walks there with some light yoga on the beach.

We thought the house was great for our family get together. The porches are comfortable and the pool was well utilized by the children. The only suggestions are to supply some basic cooking seasonings such as salt and pepper, and to supply some coffee filters. The nearby beach area was not accommodating for children but it was easy to travel to the public beach area.

We rented this house for our joint bachelor-bachelorette trip, there were 10 of us in total and this property couldn’t have been more perfect! Very spacious and beautifully decorated might I add. Everyone felt like they had their own space, the boys and girls were able to celebrate separately at times and together as well. Unfortunately it was a little to cold for us to enjoy the private pool/spa, but in the summer time this backyard would be the perfect place for a pool party or barbecue. And a less than a five minute walk to the beach! The only real complaint I can think of would be the pots and pans, very used and a little on the older side(of course I understand with a rental you aren’t going to get the same thing you’d have at home). But all in all this place is amazing, I would definitely return in the future! Thanks for the memories :)

This is a great home for big groups. Plenty of space for our group of nine. Easy walk to the beach. Great bar/restaurant within a couple blocks. We would definitely stay here again.

This property worked great for 3 families to stay, with plenty of room and bathrooms. Nice short walk to the beach. The only thing to be aware of is quiet hours are at 10pm. The neighbors called in a noise complaint at 9:30 because we had music playing and we were in the pool. Would recommend this house for the location and size!

The Tybee Oasis is absolutely an oasis for body and soul. Our two week stay gave us some much needed relaxation and rejuvenation after this ridiculous year. The landscaping around this house is absolutely beautiful and the street is quiet and the other residents on the street are very friendly. Being within walking distance to Huc A Poos and the Tybee Oaks area was a huge positive. We loved being so close to the beach and the hot tub was wonderful. We were blessed with some beautiful weather during our stay and we took full advantage of all the outdoor spaces when we could. The top floor balcony and the tiny sliver of ocean you are able to see from it were heavenly. Our dog loved running around on the upper balcony and in the yard, though he did escape under the gate once or twice. We hated leaving more than we can possibly tell you and we would definitely love to return sometime Lord willing and the creek don’t rise.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed with our family. The house is set up for large groups but still maintains privacy. We had 4 generations , from age 81 to 4. Everyone had such a great time. It is a very short walk to the beach. We saw so many dolphins right off shore! The weather was perfect. The location is quiet and peaceful. It is so relaxing to sit outside on the balconies. The kids LOVED the pool. We will definitely be staying at Tybee Oasis again!

We were in Tybee for my daughter's wedding at the Chapel! We chose this home after reading reviews and seeing the pictures. This home will not disappoint! It was phenomenal! The way it is set up is just perfect for having several families to stay! Everything was so clean & like new when we arrived! If you are trying to decide on a home then look no further!! It was a FABULOUS place! We are already planning another trip to return!

This location is perfect! Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house is set to accommodate a large number but allows privacy . The kitchen is spacious and well supplied with cookware and dishes. The pool is wonderful and was enjoyed by all. You will love your stay at Tybee Oasis !!!

This house is absolutely amazing! We had our entire family of 17 here! We had such a great time! The house is just steps from the beach ( which is covered with shells). The home is beautifully decorated and so accommodating. The pool was a huge hit, among the kids and adults! You will not regret staying at Tybee Oasis!
