Spend sunny afternoons lounging on the extensive decks or the elevated private sun deck, complete with comfortable lounging chairs and a full-size porch swing.

For entertainment, challenge your family to a game of pool on the full-sized slate pool table, a friendly competition of darts in the game room, or take advantage of the large yard for some outdoor games. “Tybee SeaBatical” also offers private community beach access just 300 feet from your doorstep. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, which features hot and cold water and a privacy fence for added comfort.
Conveniently located 1000 feet away from Tybee’s Shops at the Oaks, where you will find the iconic Tybee eatery, Huc-a-Poos Bites, one of the island’s newest restaurants, Zunzis, and retail and artist shops. 

Parking is a breeze with accommodations for 4 vehicles, including two spaces in the garage and two on the paved area outside the garage. 

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families. The primary bedroom on the main living floor features a king-sized bed and an attached ensuite full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, a seating area, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and a private sun balcony, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or an evening under the stars. The third bedroom has two single beds with two pull-out trundles.
